Nick was appointed to this role in 2017. He previously held senior roles with organising committees for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Most recently, Nick was Head of Commercial Projects at CA. Before his work in major events, Nick held senior corporate finance roles at PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Born in England, Nick completed his education at the University of Oxford.
Stephanie was appointed EGM Broadcasting and Commercial in 2018. Stephanie joined CA in 2000 in administration before taking a role in public affairs. She was later seconded to the ICC, returning to a 10-year stint as GM of Media Rights and Broadcasting, managing partnerships and growing revenue. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sports Coaching & Administration) and an MBA. She recently completed six years as a Non-Executive Director of Vicsport.
Belinda was appointed EGM Community Cricket in 2018. Since 2001 she’s held various roles, including Acting EGM Team Performance. Belinda captained Australia from 1994-2005 and steered Women’s Cricket Australia’s integration with CA. Belinda is in the ICC Hall of Fame, on the ICC Cricket Committee and received an AO in 2019. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science and completed Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.
Anthony was appointed EGM Fan Experience in 2017. He was previously Head of the W/BBL. Earlier, Anthony was GM of the ANZ Netball Championship and Head of Marketing and Commercial for the World Swimming Championships. Anthony has a Bachelor of Business (Sports Marketing) at Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Sport Law at Melbourne University.
Drew was appointed EGM High Performance in 2019 after two years in an equivalent role at Cricket Tasmania. He has vast experience in leading strategies to enhance performance outcomes and has spent years presenting on engagement, cultural change and behaviour. Drew is a triple Olympic gold medallist in rowing and multiple World Champion, having been part of the famous ‘Oarsome Foursome’. He later became Head Coach and Performance Advisor for Rowing Australia.
Scott was appointed COO in 2019. He has more than 25 years’ experience in transformational leadership, marketing, human resources, finance and strategy. Scott was COO at Hyundai Australia and worked previously at Holden, Toyota. He was also CEO at Lexus Australia. Scott has a 30-year history in cricket, as a first-grade player, administrator and President of Bankstown District Cricket Club for 14 years. He completed an MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Christine started at CA in 2014. She was GM Legal and Procurement at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 after her time at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Christine was General Counsel at McMillan Shakespeare Group, Head of Legal at Chimaera Financial Group and Group Executive Manager, Compliance Services and Strategic Planning at ANZ. Christine has completed an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts.
Karina joined CA as EGM Public Affairs in 2018. Responsible for managing Australian cricket’s reputation, her team spans external and employee communications, female engagement, government relations and infrastructure. Karina worked at Telstra, Vodafone and NBN Co. She’s on the UN Women’s Committee for International Women’s Day and is a sponsor in the Male Champions of Change Sport Sponsorship of Talent Program. Karina has a Masters of Communications from Deakin University.
Ben was appointed EGM National Teams in 2019 following seven years as GM, High Performance at the WACA. He was previously CA’s Competitions Manager and prior to this held development roles with the ICC and Cricket Victoria. Ben has a Masters of Business (Sport Management) from Deakin University and is completing an Executive Masters in Leadership, Strategy and Innovation from Murdoch University.
Mike was appointed GM Technology in November 2018 having joined CA in 2015 as Head of Technology. Previously, Mike spent 15 years with Deloitte, where he held senior roles with Deloitte’s global IT organisation, including global Director of Technology for the Consulting, Tax and Enterprise Risk businesses. Born in Canada, Mike completed a Bachelor of Politics at Trinity College, University of Toronto. He is a certified information systems security professional.
Raj joined CA in 2018 as GM People and Culture with a wealth of HR experience in digital, retail, FMCG, healthcare and financial services. She was responsible for organisational development and HR at Sportsbet, Coles and ANZ Bank. Raj has built a reputation for aligning business strategic goals and values with the employee experience. From Yorkshire in England, Raj completed her studies at Coventry University.
